3-21-22 Traffic Fatality - 6600 Hixson Pike

Vehicle #1 (Hyundai) was stopped at the intersection of East Boy Scout Rd and Hixson Pike.
Vehicle #2 (Dodge) was travelling South in the 6600 block of Hixson Pike.
Vehicle #1 attempted to make a left turn (North) onto Hixson Pike and turned into the path of Vehicle #2.
Vehicle #2 was unable to avoid contact and struck Vehicle #1 in a T-bone style collision.
Driver #1 was transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS with life threatening injuries. She later succumbed to those injuries.
