10-26-15 Dollar Loss Estimated at $1 Million from Sunday's Fire at Kmart
The store manager at Kmart told Captain Richard Britt that the dollar loss was estimated at $1 million, with most of that attributed to all the clothes and other merchandise damaged by the smoke.
10-25-15 Fire Forces Evacuation of Kmart
A small fire broke out in the Hixson Kmart this afternoon. The Chattanooga Fire Department received the alarm at 3:22 this afternoon and responded to 5380 Highway 153 with six fire companies.
