On January 25, 2022 at approximately 2:14 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to the 500 block of West MLK Boulevard on a report of a person shot. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:

On January 25, 2022 at approximately 1:07 p.m., Chattanooga Police Traffic Division responded to a traffic fatality in the 2700 block of Rossville Blvd. The following was determined through interview, observation, and investigation:
1-15-22 Traffic Fatality - 340 I-75 North
On January 14, 2022 at approximately 6:00 a.m., Chattanooga Police Traffic Division responded to a traffic fatality near the 340 block of Interstate 75 North. The following was determined through interview, observation, and investigation:
