4-3-18 UPDATE: ARREST - Shooting/Homicide - 800 block Wheeler Ave.
CPD Homicide Investigators charge Britian Crutcher in the November 18, 2017 homicide of 28-year-old Ladarius Cross. Crutcher is charged with Criminal Homicide and has been in the Hamilton County Jail since November 22, 2017 on other charges.
