For the second time in two days fire has sent a female citizen to the hospital with burns. The latest fire happen at 6420 Forest Meade Drive in Hixson.
12-25-16 Christmas House Fire
At approximately 1330 Christmas day units from the Chattanooga Fire Department responded to 934 E. 10th Street on a possible structure fire.
12-17-16 Two Displaced in Friday Night Fire
Chattanooga, TN -- No injuries were reported in connection with a house fire late Friday night. The Chattanooga Fire Department received the alarm at 11:06 p.m. and responded to 807 Hamilton Avenue with four fire companies.
12-16-16 Heater Starts Afternoon Apartment Fire
Chattanooga, TN -- Chattanooga firefighters were dispatched to an apartment fire shortly after noon today at 510 Central Avenue. The fire was located in a bedroom in Apartment 106.
12-15-16 Mother and Baby Escape from Apartment Fire
Chattanooga, TN -- The Chattanooga Fire Department responded to an apartment fire at 3:00 this afternoon in Hixson. Captain Chuck Hartung said no smoke was showing when the first firefighters arrived on the scene at 4969 Brighton Lane, but upon entry they discovered a fire in a room on the second floor of a corner apartment.
