Our Contract with the Community

Community input matters. Responsive local government is a priority in Mayor Kelly’s One Chattanooga strategic plan, because we know that government is most effective when all voices in the community are heard and valued.

That’s why, in response to feedback from the surrounding community, the Kelly administration is developing a list of outcomes for the project - a “contract with the community.” The City is committed to pursuing these outcomes as a part of the project to transparently address questions and concerns in a way that meets the needs of both the new residents and the local community.

The current version of the “contract with the community” is included below. This may be revised and updated as community engagement around the project continues.
