On June 26, 2021 at approximately 12:17 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a local hospital on a report of a person shot arriving there. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:

On June 21, 2021 at approximately 6:57 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to the 4100 block of 14th Avenue on a report of a person shot. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
