On June 27, 2021 at approximately 9:59 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a report of an unconscious party. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
6-27-21 CPD charges and opens internal investigation on veteran officer
The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) charges one of its officers with Aggravated Burglary and Simple Assault. Additionally, CPD is conducting an internal investigation into the officer's actions from the night of June 25, 2021.
