4-25-21 Shooting- 115 Honest Street
On April 25, 2021 at approximately 2:18 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a report of a shots fired call in the area of 115 Honest Street. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
- Upon arrival, Officers were initially unable to locate anyone involved.
- However a short time later they were notified by dispatch that a male party had arrived at a local hospital by private vehicle with a non life threatening gunshot wound. Officers then secured the scene.
- Investigators with the Violent Crimes Unit responded to conduct an investigation.
- The victim stated he was in a physical altercation with an unknown suspect when that suspect produced a firearm and shot him.

4-23-21 Pedestrian Struck- Fatality - 300 North Germantown Road
On April 23, 2021 at approximately 12:44 a.m., Chattanooga Police Traffic Division responded to a pedestrian struck at 300 North Germantown Road. The following was determined through interview, observation, and investigation:
4-22-21 Shooting- 3400 Campbell Street
On April 22, 2021 at approximately 5:04 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a shots fired call in the 3400 block of Campbell Street. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
4-22-21 Shooting- 600 North Orchard Knob Avenue
On April 22, 2021 at approximately 7:28 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a report of a fight in the 600 block of North Orchard Knob Avenue. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
4-18-21 Shooting/Arrest- 4000 Chandler Avenue
On April 18, 2021 at approximately 7:28 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a report of a person shot in the 4000 block of Chandler Avenue. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
- Upon arrival, Officers located a male juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound.
- Officers summoned EMS and began rendering life saving care and subsequently secured the scene.
- The victim was transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS with a life threatening injury.
- Officers later located a second victim with a very minor injury from the same incident.
- Investigators with the Violent Crimes Unit responded to conduct an investigation.
- Initial information from the victims was that unknown suspects from an unknown vehicle were responsible for the shooting.
- After several interviews, Investigators were able to confirm that a third party was handling a firearm when it accidentally discharged, striking the two victims.
- Investigators arrested a male juvenile suspect (14). He is charged with Aggravated Assault and Reckless Endangerment.
