6-16-17 Shooting - 3400 block Wilcox Blvd.
At 4:10 on the morning of June 16, 2017, Chattanooga Police responded to a vehicle crash at 3400 Wilcox Blvd. Once on scene, officers discovered the driver had been shot.
6-15-17 Shooting - 100 block O'Neal St.
UPDATE 6/28/17:
Shandar Lamar Weaver, (male, 39) is the correct legal name of the victim, Shalone Wingate. Mr. Weaver has succumbed to his injuries.
Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call the Homicide Unit Tip Line 423-643-5100. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
6-13-17 Traffic Crash/Entrapment - 2610 Campbell St.
A traffic crash involving a stolen vehicle sends one person to the hospital while the driver of the stolen vehicle flees the scene on foot.
6-14-17 Shooting - 600 block N. Orchard Knob
At 9:19 p.m. on June 14, 2017, Chattanooga Police responded to a person shot at the 600 block of North Orchard Knob. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

A pedestrian suffers minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle in a restricted use area prior to the start of the Bessie Smith Strut.
