Center Rental Information


Center Rental Information

Are you considering hosting an event at one of our community centers? You can find all the necessary information on our website. Please make sure to review the information thoroughly before submitting your request.

Rental Process:

  • Review the Community Center Rental page ( you're already here!)
  • Create a WebTrac account (See Below)
  • Check for availability and submit a rental request (no commitment)
  • Rental time must include set-up and clean-up time; no grace periods are allowed.
  • Staff will review your permit request and contact you if additional information is needed.
  • If the request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and payment details.
  • All rental fees must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks before the event date. If a rental is booked within two weeks of the rental date, all fees must be paid within (3) three days after confirmation. 
  • There will be an additional charge if other areas/rooms are needed.

Rental Rates for Community Centers: * Indicates Two (2) Hour Minimum

  • ALL Reservations are subject to a $100.00 refundable deposit
  • *Multi-Purpose Room
    • (During Business Hours) - $100.00 for first 2 hours / $50.00 for each additional hour
    • (After Business Hours) - $130.00 for first 2 hours / $65.00  for each additional hour
  • *Gym - $200.00 for first 2 hours / $100.00  for each additional hour
