Center Rental Information
Are you considering reserving a space at one of our community centers? Our website provides all the necessary information. Please review it thoroughly before submitting your request.
Rental Process:
- Review the Community Center Rental page ( you're already here!)
- Create a WebTrac account (See Below)
- Check for availability and submit a rental request (no commitment)
- Rental time must include set-up and clean-up time; no grace periods are allowed.
- Staff will review your permit request and contact you if additional information is needed.
- If the request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and payment details.
- For tentative reservations, full payment is due within six days of confirmation. Reservations confirmed within six days must be paid in full on the same day confirmation is received.
- There will be an additional charge if other areas/rooms are needed.

Rental Rates for Community Centers: * Indicates Two (2) Hour Minimum
- ALL Reservations are subject to a $100.00 refundable deposit
- *Multi-Purpose Room
- (During Business Hours) - $100.00 for first 2 hours / $50.00 for each additional hour
- (After Business Hours) - $130.00 for first 2 hours / $65.00 for each additional hour
- *Gym - $200.00 for first 2 hours / $100.00 for each additional hour
