10-30-2013 Fire Damages Home on Persimmon Lane
No injuries were reported in connection with a house fire last night in Chattanooga. The Chattanooga Fire Department received the alarm at 6:33 p.m. Tuesday and responded to 3422 Persimmon Lane with several fire companies.
10-29-2013 Fire Damages Same House in Less Than Two Weeks
Chattanooga firefighters responded to a reported structure fire shortly before 4:00 this afternoon at 111 Baker Street in North Chattanooga. Captain Tally Glover with Quint 2 said heavy smoke was showing from the attic when the first firefighters arrived on the scene.
10-29-2013 Halloween Open House with the Chattanooga Fire Department
The Chattanooga Fire Department is doing its part to provide a safe, enjoyable Halloween experience for area children. This Thursday, October 31, 2013, on Halloween night, the Chattanooga Fire Department will open all 19 fire stations in Chattanooga from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to give trick-or-treaters an up-close look inside a fire station.
