On December 5, 2020 at approximately 12:10 a.m., Chattanooga Police Traffic/DUI Division responded to a fatal vehicle crash at 4504 Norcross Road. The following was determined through interview, observation, and investigation:

UPDATE #2 (2-16-21): Chattanooga Police have charged a second suspect in the December 2, 2020 homicide of Randy Williams (29) at 3139 Lightfoot Mill Road. Marcus McMillan (24) is charged with Criminal Homicide and Especially Aggravated Robbery. He is currently in the Silverdale Detention Facility on unrelated charges.

Update (12/2/20): The victim in this incident succumbed to his injuries. It has now been ruled a homicide. On Tuesday December 1, Chattanooga Police Officers and Investigators with the Violent Crimes Bureau took Jaylon Hill (7/17/97) into custody regarding this incident. He is charged with First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment and Weapons Violation.
