UPDATE: 10-19-18 Suspect Charged in Second Home Invasion/10-11-18 Arrest of Violent Felon/Police Impersonator
UPDATE (10/19/18): Chattanooga Police Department Robbery Investigators charged 40-year-old Lajeromeney Brown in a second Home Invasion/Robbery. This incident occurred on September 19, 2018 on Eastwood Drive.
UPDATE: ARREST/10-9-18 Shooting - 2100 Foust St.
UPDATE (10/10/18): Chattanooga Police file charges against a suspect in the shooting of a 4-year-old child and an adult female that occurred on October 9, 2018 at 2100 Foust Street. The suspect, Maurice Thurman Jr. (male, 18), is charged with two counts of Attempted Murder, three counts of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony.

On 10/9/2018 at approximately 0138 hours, Officers with the Chattanooga Police Department were dispatched to the 4100 block Quinn Adams Street concerning a gunshot victim.

On October 9, 2018 at approximately 10:33 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 100 West 40th Street for a Shots Fired call. The following are the preliminary facts of the incident:

On 10/08/2018 at approximately 4:59 p.m. a Fatality crash occurred at 3607 Cummings Hwy. CPD Traffic Division responded to the scene. The following was determined through interview, investigation and observation:
