11-7-18 Shooting - 900 block Dodson Ave.
On 11/07/2018 at approximately 1:54 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to the 900 block of Dodson Avenue on reports of shots fired.
11-5 -18 ARREST: Shooting - 2000 block Sharp St.
A suspect in the shootings of two teenage boys that occurred on Saturday, November 3, 2018 in the 2000 block of Sharp Street was located and arrested in Henry County, Georgia. Robert Earl Craig (29) is charged with two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, two counts of Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony. Craig is in custody in the Henry County Jail awaiting extradition to Hamilton County.
10-31-18 Arrest made after drug overdose death
The Chattanooga Police Department's Narcotics Unit has charged 30-year-old Kedrick Bush with Second Degree Murder in the death of 30-year-old Barbara Shope.
11-5-18 Approximately 40 Auto Burglary cases cleared with two arrests
(Chattanooga, TN) - Chattanooga Police arrest two suspects responsible for approximately 40-plus Auto Burglaries in East Brainerd neighborhoods over two weekends in October. Trevor Sims (18) and a 17-year-old are charged with multiple counts of Burglary and Theft of Property. A cell phone left in a victim’s vehicle and video evidence helped investigators identify the suspects.
11-6-18 UPDATE/10-30-18 Traffic Crash/Critical Injury - 1800 Concord Rd.
The driver of the Honda motorcycle involved in the two vehicle crash that occurred on October 30, 2018 at 1800 Concord Road succumbed to his injuries. Mr. Steven Lee was pronounced deceased on November 4, 2018.
