1-1-18 Shooting - 2700 block E. 34th St.
On January 1, 2018 at 10:37 p.m. officers from the Chattanooga Police Department were notified of a party arriving at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. The following are the preliminary facts of that incident:
12-30-17 Traffic Crash/Fatality - 8400 E. Brainerd Rd.
On December 30, 2017 at approximately 9:30 a.m. Chattanooga Police responded to a serious injury crash with entrapment at 8400 East Brainerd Rd. The following are the preliminary facts of that incident:

On December 29, 2017 and 11:39 a.m. officers from the Chattanooga Police Department responded to the 1800 block of E 4th St on a report of a person shot. The following are the preliminary facts of that incident:

On December 30, 2017 at 5:23 a.m. Chattanooga Police officers responded to a local hospital on reports of a person shot. The following are the preliminary facts of that incident:
9/25/19 UPDATE #2 - Rearrest/1/5/18 UPDATE: Arrest 12-28-17 Shooting/Homicide - 7600 block North Bishop Dr.
UPDATE 9/25/19: Continued investigation by the Chattanooga Police Department's Homicide Unit led to new information that developed additional probable cause to rearrest Terrance Lewis and charge him in the December, 2017 homicide of Evan Derry. Lewis is again in custody at the Hamilton County Jail. He is charged with Criminal Homicide and Robbery.
