Holiday Collection and Facility Schedules


July 4th Holiday Garbage & Recycle Collection and Site Schedule

Curbside garbage and recycle collection scheduled for Thursday, July 4, 2019, will be collected as normal. There will be no changes to the collection day. Please place containers along the curbside before 7:00 AM on collection day to ensure pickup.

The City Landfill located off of Birchwood Pike in Harrison, Tennessee, the Wood Recycle Center, and the Household Hazardous Waste Facility will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2019. The City Landfill, the Wood Recycle Center, and the Household Hazardous Waste Facility will reopen Friday, July 5, 2019, for normal business hours.

The Refuse Collection Centers and Recycle Collection Centers will be open for normal business hours on Thursday, July 4, 2019.

Citizens may call 311 at (423) 643-6311 for any additional questions.
