Garbage / Recycle Collection and Site Schedule
Chattanooga, TN-- Garbage and Recycle collection scheduled for Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd, 2024, will be collected as normal. There will be no changes to the collection day. Please place containers along the curbside by 7:00 AM on collection day to ensure pickup.
The Birchwood Landfill and the Wood Recycle Center will be closed Monday, September 2nd, 2024 and will reopen Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024.
The Refuse Collection Centers, Household Hazardous Waste Facility, and Recycle Collection Centers will be closed Monday, September 2nd, 2024 and will reopen Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024.
