SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT --

The following will be enforced beginning July 1, 2010:

1)      Unless given Special Permission, to do otherwise, All Temporaries and Services installed in the City of Chattanooga will adhere to the EPB specifications. See Attached. Copies of the attached drawings will be available at the Inspection Office as well (1250 Market Street, suite 1000)

2)      AFCI's will no longer be required to be installed in a panel change-out to existing wiring only

3)      The City of Chattanooga adopted the 2011 NEC May 29, 2012.

Online Portal Applications

Before digging in the parks or erecting a tent with stakes longer than 1 foot, you must notify the Tennessee One Call to mark public utilities and Chattanooga Parks Maintenance to mark any private utilities located within the potential digging area.
