Neighborhood Associations
Neighborhood Associations are at the core of civic life in Chattanooga. Made by and for the people of Chattanooga, Neighborhood Associations work everyday to improve the quality of life of their communities and improve outcomes for their people.
Each Neighborhood Association is assigned a Neighborhood Relations Specialist based on City Council District. NRS staff work with the Neighborhood Associations on a daily basis by attending meetings, working with leadership on improvement projects, and by communicating with City leadership on citizen concerns.
