What are Neighborhood Associations?

Neighborhood Associations (NAs) are independent community organizations that are at the foundation of civic life in the City of Chattanooga.

Through Neighborhood Associations, residents come together to discuss issues, solve problems, advocate for their communities, and engage in all aspects of civic life. Neighborhood Associations are independent organizations. Registration with Neighborhood Services enables organizations to achieve official recognition by the City of Chattanooga along with access to programs, information, and unique opportunities exclusive to registered Neighborhood Associations.
