Board of Zoning Appeals for Variances and Special Permits

Meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at 10am at the Development Resource Center located at 1250 Market St in Conference Room 1A.

If your project does not meet the zoning requirements, you may request a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals.

Submissions (applications, site plan, and payment) can be made through our Online Portal.

The cost is $150.00 (which can be paid via check or credit card).
