Open Solicitations
All upcoming bid opportunities and open bids are available on this website. Responding suppliers should be mindful that all documentation submitted may be subject to open records once an award is made.
Open Solicitations may include Requests for Quotes for purchases below $25,000 and Sealed Solicitations (Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, and Request for Qualifications.)
Solicitation Amendments:
It is the Supplier’s responsibility to check back on Solicitation Opportunities for any amendments prior to submission.
Potential Procurements
The contract list is updated monthly and provides a list of potential procurements during the next year. It includes current product descriptions and the end date of contracts.
- Please be aware the list of potential procurements does not guarantee the issuance of a solicitation nor an ultimate award.
- Previous awards can be reviewed by placing an Open Records Request.
Click the button below to view the Contract List with the most up-to-date information on the City's contracts. Filters are available to allow you to search for and limit the database to the entries you need. You can filter by multiple columns by clicking the checkboxes for the specific results that you want. If you would like to export the table to Excel or CSV, right-click on the table and select one of the two download options. Alternatively, you can export the table to Google Sheets. To sort a column, click on the column header.
Pre-Bid Meetings

- Suppliers can ask clarification questions.
- Not all solicitations have a pre-bid meeting, and attendance is not mandatory unless specified.
- Dates and times are included in the bid documents.
