CFD Assists When Truck Crashes Into Building

The CFD assisted on the scene of a car into a building on Mountain Creek Road. A truck ran off the road and struck a structure and the main electrical panel, knocking out power to 10 units. 

The single vehicle crash happened at 1029 Mountain Creek Rd at 8:23 AM. An older male experienced what's believed to be something medically related while driving. The vehicle he was driving went off the road, up an embankment, and struck the apartment building. The driver did not appear to suffer injuries from the crash, but was taken to the hospital by EMS for evaluation of whatever the medical situation was that contributed to the crash. The apartment was occupied by two people at the time of crash. Neither reported injuries nor were they taken to the hospital.
